This pathway is suitable for applicants who:

  • Have a permanent, full-time job offer from a Nova Scotia construction employer
  • Work in an eligible construction occupation
  • Intend to settle permanently in Nova Scotia

Key Eligibility Requirements

  • Employment
    • Permanent, full-time job offer in the construction sector (NAICS 23)
    • Wage meeting provincial standards
  • Applicant
    • At least one year of relevant construction experience
    • High school diploma or trade-related training
    • Language proficiency (CLB 4–5 depending on occupation)
